Lars Anker Møller has lived and worked in East Greenland since 2001, where he has worked as a hunter and fisherman, gaining decades of hands-on Arctic experience and deep knowledge of the land, sea, and traditional Greenlandic life.
As co-owner of Arctic Dream Explorer, Lars is responsible for all customer relations, marketing, trade fairs, and the development of new tours together with the team. He ensures that every guest receives professional and personal communication from the first inquiry to arrival in Greenland and represents the company internationally, building partnerships and strengthening its position in adventure tourism.
Lars plays a key role in designing new experiences, collaborating with the local team to combine practical Arctic knowledge with strategic planning and market insight. This teamwork ensures that each tour is authentic, safe, and unforgettable.
In addition to his operational and marketing responsibilities, Lars is also an accomplished photographer and has published several photo books capturing the landscapes, people, and wildlife of East Greenland, reflecting his deep respect for the Arctic environment and traditions.
During the summer season, Lars actively participates in daily operations and joins the team on tours and practical tasks, keeping the connection between planning, marketing, and real-life guest experience strong.
With over two decades in East Greenland, a background as a hunter and fisherman, and a passion for photography and storytelling, Lars brings authenticity, experience, and vision to Arctic Dream Explorer.
Justus Utuaq
Boat Captain and Co-Owner at Arctic Dream Explorer
Justus Utuaq is a local from Kulusuk in East Greenland, born and raised with the ocean as both his playground and workplace. He knows the Arctic waters around Tasiilaq and Kulusuk inside out — through a lifetime of experience with fishing, hunting, sailing, and traditional Greenlandic outdoor life.
In addition to his maritime experience, Justus is a multiple-time champion in dog sled racing, a sport that demands endurance, skill, deep knowledge of nature, and a strong bond with the dogs. His achievements reflect not only athletic ability but also a profound understanding of Arctic conditions and traditions.
Justus is one of the co-owners of Arctic Dream Explorer, where his primary role is guiding guests safely and confidently on boat tours through East Greenland’s spectacular seascapes.
He takes visitors to places few others reach, including:

Sivert Nuko is from Tasiilaq in East Greenland, where he grew up surrounded by the powerful Arctic landscape and strong coastal traditions. With deep local roots and extensive hands-on experience, Sivert plays a vital role in ensuring that every Arctic Dream Explorer experience is safe, reliable, and well organized.
As co-owner of Arctic Dream Explorer, Sivert is responsible for all maintenance and operations. He oversees the upkeep of the company’s houses, boats, and equipment — making sure everything is in top condition and ready for guests at all times. From technical maintenance and safety checks to practical logistics, he ensures that every detail meets high standards.
In addition to managing operations, Sivert also serves as a boat captain, guiding guests through East Greenland’s breathtaking fjords and Arctic waters. His knowledge of local conditions, weather, and navigation provides both safety and authenticity on every tour.
